I can still remember the exact moment when I found out, sitting in work without a care in the world when a mate told me. First I thought he was joking but when I thought about it I realised that a rabid Pantera fan like him wouldn't lie to a fellow fan or even joke about something so messed up. I actually had to take a break after I found out so shocked and dumbfounded was I that such a great talent and a great man was taking away from us. I never got the chance to see him play live, living in Scotland the last time Pantera were supposed to play 9/11 had just happened and they pulled out of the gig. But Dimebag will always live on, and I'm sure everyone wishes his family all the best on this, the one year anniversary of the tragedy. And I'm also sure that every fan and Dimebag admirer young and old old there are with me when I say a toast to the man and his memory.
